Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup grated carrots


  • 1 cup boiled peas


  • 1 cup milkmade


  • 1 cup fresh paneer


  • 1/2 cup sugar


  • 2 tablespoons ghee


  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder


  • 1/2 cup roasted dry fruits


  • 1 cup thick milk

Directions

  • Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan add grated carrots and fry it.
  • When it turns little change it's color add 3 tabledpoons sugar in it and stir well.
  • Now add 4 tablespoons milkmade and mix well . Cover it and cook in low medium heat.
  • Add 2 tablespoons roasted dry fruits and mix well . Switch off the flame .
  • Heat another pan in low medium heat add 1 teaspoon ghee.
  • Add crumbled paneer in it and stir well .
  • Now add milk in it and add 2 tablespoons milkmade in it.
  • Stir constantly add 2 teaspoons sugar and mix well .
  • When the milk mixture leaves the sides of the pan switch off the flame and keep aside .
  • Heat remaining ghee in another pan .
  • Fry the bolied and paste peas well .
  • Fry it well in medium heat when the raw aroma are goes on then add remaining milkmade .
  • Stir constantly and add sugar and mix well .
  • When it cook properly and leaves the sides of the pan add cardamom powder .
  • Mix it well and then add roasted dry fruits and mix well .
  • Now assembled ☺☺
  • Take two shorts glass arrange the first carrots halwa in the bottom of the glass .
  • Then the add milk halwa in the middle of the glass .
  • And the top of the glass add peas halwa .
  • Arrange them one by one and serve .
