Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan add grated carrots and fry it.
When it turns little change it's color add 3 tabledpoons sugar in it and stir well.
Now add 4 tablespoons milkmade and mix well . Cover it and cook in low medium heat.
Add 2 tablespoons roasted dry fruits and mix well . Switch off the flame .
Heat another pan in low medium heat add 1 teaspoon ghee.
Add crumbled paneer in it and stir well .
Now add milk in it and add 2 tablespoons milkmade in it.
Stir constantly add 2 teaspoons sugar and mix well .
When the milk mixture leaves the sides of the pan switch off the flame and keep aside .
Heat remaining ghee in another pan .
Fry the bolied and paste peas well .
Fry it well in medium heat when the raw aroma are goes on then add remaining milkmade .
Stir constantly and add sugar and mix well .
When it cook properly and leaves the sides of the pan add cardamom powder .
Mix it well and then add roasted dry fruits and mix well .
Now assembled ☺☺
Take two shorts glass arrange the first carrots halwa in the bottom of the glass .
Then the add milk halwa in the middle of the glass .
And the top of the glass add peas halwa .
Arrange them one by one and serve .
